This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and AmouraLuv ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the AmouraLuv mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of License
AmouraLuv grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AmouraLuv application for your personal, non-commercial use on any Android or iOS device that you own or control. This license is governed by these Terms and any usage rules established by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Safety
AmouraLuv is a platform for finding travel companions and discovering local events. Safety is our priority. By using the app, you agree to the following:
Zero Tolerance: We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or offensive content.
Prohibited Content: You may not post material that is sexually explicit, defamatory, promotes illegal acts, or violates the privacy of others.
24-Hour Action: We reserve the right to review all content. Objectionable content will be removed, and the responsible user’s account will be terminated within 24 hours of a reported violation.
Reporting: Users can report any content or person directly through the in-app reporting tools.
Billing: Payments are charged to your Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off in your Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by visiting your Google Play or Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
AmouraLuv is a facilitator of social connections. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, either online or offline. You agree to use caution in all interactions, especially when meeting travel companions or attending events in person. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMOURALUV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
5. Termination
Your license to use AmouraLuv is effective until terminated by you or us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.
