1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use AmouraLuv. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of any users found to be under this age requirement.

2. Account Security & OTP

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Since we use One-Time Passwords (OTP) for secure sign-in, you agree not to share these codes with anyone. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Financial Safety & Anti-Scam Policy

        CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING:
        Do not send money: Never wire money, share bank details, or provide financial assistance to any user you meet on this platform.
Report Solicitation: If a user asks you for money or tries to sell you a service, report them immediately using our in-app tools.
No Responsibility: AmouraLuv is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your interactions with other users.

    

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using this service, you agree NOT to:

Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Harass, stalk, or exploit other users.
Distribute spam, phishing links, or unauthorized advertisements.
Engage in any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report such activity to law enforcement.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

We provide in-app reporting tools to flag inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion to ensure the safety of our community.

6. Limitation of Liability

AmouraLuv is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or uptime of the service. Under no circumstances shall AmouraLuv be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the application.

7. Changes to Service

We may update these terms or modify app features at any time to improve visual stability or security. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
