1. Eligibility & age suitability

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use AmouraLuv. The service is intended for adults seeking social and dating connections. We may request information to help verify eligibility and reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not meet this requirement or who misrepresent their age.

App Store age ratings may display 17+ or higher in some regions; regardless of store labeling, you must be 18+ to use AmouraLuv.

2. Nature of the service

AmouraLuv is a dating and social connection platform. Features may include profiles, photos, matching, messaging, location-based discovery, and optional premium features. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or specific outcomes. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

3. Account security & OTP

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We use One-Time Passwords (OTP) and related sign-in methods for authentication. Do not share OTP codes with anyone. Activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscriptions & purchases (optional)

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. On Apple iOS, purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and payment policies. On Android, purchases are processed by Google Play where applicable. Subscription terms (price, duration, renewal, cancellation) are shown at purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. See Terms of Use / EULA for platform-specific subscription information.

5. Financial safety & anti-scam policy

        CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING:
        Do not send money: Never wire money, share bank details, or provide financial assistance to any user you meet on this platform.
Report solicitation: If a user asks you for money or tries to sell you a service, report them immediately using our in-app tools.
No responsibility: AmouraLuv is not liable for financial losses or damages resulting from your interactions with other users.

    

6. Prohibited conduct

By using this service, you agree NOT to:

Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
Harass, stalk, or exploit other users.
Distribute spam, phishing links, or unauthorized advertisements.
Engage in any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or exploitation. We have a zero-tolerance policy and will report such activity to law enforcement.
Use the service if you are under 18 years of age.

7. Content moderation & reporting

We provide in-app reporting tools to flag inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate or suspend accounts at our sole discretion to help keep the community safe.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account and request removal of associated personal data through the AmouraLuv app (Profile → Account settings → Danger zone) or by contacting support@amouraluv.com. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

9. Limitation of liability

AmouraLuv is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results. To the extent permitted by law, SKYROCK Solutions LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the application or interactions with other users.

10. Changes to service

We may update these terms or modify app features at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
